3.5. The products included in the contract are limited to the products we have confirmed for shipment in the Purchase Order. For any other products listed on your submitted order, we are not obligated to provide those products until we confirm shipment through a separate Purchase Order.
3.6. Our products are subject to availability. If, for any reason, any or all of the products you ordered are unavailable or there are errors in pricing or product information on our website or online store, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. In the case of any errors or omissions in the listed prices, we do not guarantee to sell the products to you at the listed price. In such cases, we will only be responsible for refunding the amount related to the respective products (if applicable), and we will not assume any further liability.
4.1. By placing an order through our website, you represent and warrant the following:
